Our HSE Policy

It is essential that early recognition of health hazard is established, monitored and controlled in the environment of our operation. EBENCO GLOBAL LINK LIMITED takes a great emphasis on the promotion of good health concept and the protection of its employees and third parties.
1. Prior to the commencement of the project, all workers must be certified Medically fit by the Company’s doctor.
2.We shall provide adequately stocked First aid box on site, and a qualified First Aider/Nurse shall man it.
3.There shall be availability of adequate filtered portable water on site.
4.Provision of Medevac (Medical Evacuation) facilities (Standby vehicle or boat and stretcher) on site in event of emergency
5.We maintain a retainer clinic (REGAL clinic, Warri Delta State).
6.EBENCO GLOBAL LINK LIMITED shall also maintain other retainer-ship clinics, wherever we have projects in land location.
7.For this project EBENCO LIMITED shall maintain its “NO SMOKING” policy as it’s a potential health harzard.

Safety Policy

It is our(EBENCO) policy that:
  • Every necessary step shall be taken to safeguard all personnel working for us, including third parties.
  • Positive attitude to safety shall be rewarded and negative ones shunned.
  • To carry out it’s business activities in such a manner devoid of fatalities, serious injuries or damage to properties.
  • In other to ensure an enviable performance, the following strategies would be adopted:
  • Adequate implementation of company’s safety rules to minimize the frequency of accident occurrence.
  • Continuous identification of causes of accidents
  • Evaluation of causes of accidents.
  • Environmental Policy

    The Environmental policy of EBENCO GLOBAL LINK LIMITED revolves around the achievement of improved living conditions. EBENCO GLOBAL LINK LIMITED is committed to ensuring clean and healthy environment, especially in the course of work where environmental sanitation programme is to be seriously implemented. Physical factors in the environment that influence health at work includes: Lighting, ventilation, humidity, effects of extreme temperature e.t.c and these are to be regulated to offer good working conditions.
    Concerted efforts would be made towards minimization of dusts, noise, fumes, and related wastes during the course of this project. It is expected of every employee to possess a healthy and environmentally friendly habit, both at workplace and home
    Wastes generated during our operations shall be properly segregated at source. The recyclables are to be transferred to the recycling depot while the general waste will be sent to our dump site. Biodegradable like food wastes and vegetable cuttings shall be composted at the composting facility.
